This had stopped but started up again. Sometimes it's a few times a day and other days it's all day long. Even after I pee. I've been peeing more thinking if I empty the bladder (which there isn't much in there to begin with) it won't leak. Any ideas as to why? Anything for it? Will tell my Uro when I see him again. Just wonder when does IC stop getting worse?

Sorry To Hear Your Leaking Again. I Have That Problem 24/7. It Never Stops For Me. When I Told My Uro About It He Seemed To Think It Was Nothing. So I Just Live With It. Hope You Find Out Whats Causing This For You.

In my past experience leaking indicates a cystocele(spelling) a bladder that has dropped a bit into the vagina. It can be surgically corrected. I had mine corrected when I had a hysterectomy in 1975.Talk to your GYN about it ,a pelvic exam will deny or confirm it and they mainly do the repair surgery.

i have no idea why you are leaking....
i know i leaked when i was on detrol but i don't know why you are now...
i wish i did...
have you tried an OAB (overactive bladder med) like ditropan (oxybutinin)??
heres a good link... http://www.drugs.com/pro/ditropan.html
heres what it says
"Oxybutynin chloride relaxes bladder smooth muscle. In patients with conditions characterized by involuntary bladder contractions, cystometric studies have demonstrated that oxybutynin chloride increases bladder (vesical) capacity, diminishes the frequency of uninhibited contractions of the detrusor muscle, and delays the initial desire to void. Oxybutynin chloride thus decreases urgency and the frequency of both incontinent episodes and voluntary urination."
it actually increases bladder capacity and helps with leaks....
interesting hey??
i notice it really helps me with urgency and taking it and painkillers/muscle relaxants helps me with flares when they start up....
i hope this helps ya

I went through that back in 4/08 and I took detrol. I finally stoped taking it back in 7/08 it really helped.
