leg and feet pain

does anyone get leg pain and there feet tingle from a flare up?

i do find they get tensed up and sometimes they get real crampy...
i also find that they get real itchy too...
so i do not think you are alone with this one...
i hope you get some relief soon....
i find hemp cream and also pure lavender cream can help and also lidocaine gel helps too...
with the pain of the legs, i find a hot shower or bath or draping them oven a portable heater really helps too...
muscle relaxants help too...

Oh yes, my right leg will hurt and tingle all the way to the bottom of my foot. It can be so uncomfortable.
