Hi everyone,

thank you for all the support. I am back at work. Had a bad bad bad day yesterday. Thought my back was broken. I don't mean to complain. SO the ?
Is it hard to do the instillations at home? Am I back slidding because of this?
Keep getting small infections. I am careful with the catheter. I have to catheder once a day.

Are you catheterizing because of retention? If so, you might want to talk to your doctor about trying one of the medications that helps to urinate easier.

And if you can catheterize yourself, you shouldn't have any problem doing instillations.
