Cracked Bladder?

Has anyone been diagnosed with "cracked bladder"? I was diagnosed 6 months ago by my urologist who said my bladder was severely cracked and bleeding. This frightens the heck out of me.

Just wondering if anyone else has been told the same thing?

Sometimes the pinpoint bleeding that occurs during a hydrodistention is referred to as "cracking" --- my uro used to call it that.
