hey canadian gals...do any of you use Prelief? just wondering what the ingredients are in it...maybe find a prod that we can purchase here that is similar. I see acid reducers in the drugstores all the time...would they work?

I've been trying to find Prelief up here but I can't seem to. Going to poke around at a few "health" stores to see if it might be there. Otherwise I am just going to order it off this site. I REALLY want to try it.
I was wondering the same thing about the acid reducers, they all seem to be geared towards tummies and I wasn't sure if it would work for everything else!

I am from Ontario in the Greater Toronto area, and just returned home after spending a month in Cape Breton. What a beautiful place! It was so relaxing and I found that I had more good days than bad. Maybe the cleaner air and water did the trick.
