Hi there,
Just to tell you I have found an apparently awesome website for nutrition, health, fitness etc.

You can add foods in the database filling in the nutritional facts, and make your preferred recipes... I think it's great to have things under control..
Obvioulsy, our diet can't be extremely balanced.. but still counting the intake of each substance, we can have a better look of the better options.
On this note, do you guys happen to know what are the recommended intake for IC people, expecially sodium and potassium?
Would be useful to have a little table for that!
