Well I finally got into see my pain doc the other day after my first nerve block...which didn't help me much at all. I got maybe 3 days of no pain :woohoo: The best days in a long time:) except for the pain I had in my left leg...He said that he was sorry but he brush up against my L5 and that is why my leg was hurting...:tsk:

So now my pain doc wants me to try Radiofrequency Ablation. Does anyone know about this?

Has anyone had this done?..What might be the disadvantages? My doc told me that I might not be able to feel when I have to void....I said are u kidding..he said no.

I'm just now really sure that I want to get stuck again. What happens if he burns the wrong thing? ummm and what if I can't feel if I have to void...that is not cool.

Then to top it off, my mother is all gun hoe on this idea and is mad at me cause I have these questions? She thinks I should just do this and not worry about anything else...if it helps it helps

Well if anyone has any advise I would love to hear it

Thanks :hi:
