LIHEAP is a federally-funded program to help eligible low income households meet their home heating and/or cooling needs. An overview of the program is available in our LIHEAP brochure which can be viewed either in a htm or PDF file (360 kb). To view the PDF file, you will need to obtain and install the free Adobe Acrobat Reader.
