I get this sometimes when I'm having especially bad PMS the week before or an especially painful/bloated period. It goes away. Years ago when I took bc pills it happened every cycle, regardless of the brand of bc pill I was on.

If you are concerned about this, you should probably call your doctor and ask if you need to go in and have this checked.

Probably something you should speak to your doctor about if it doesn't go away shortly. Possibly it is just hormone related, even if you are on continuous bc. Even those who are on continuous bc, with or without endo, sometimes have effects like these. I hope it is short-lived, I know how uncomfortable it can be! :( Might be that just a change in brand of bc is needed? I remember when I took bc pills I would be fine for a few months on one brand, and then the bloating, sensitivity, visible blue veins would start up and then after dealing w/ that for a few months I would try another bc pill and I would be ok for a while but then then the symptoms you describe would start up again. Anyway, I wish I had better advice to offer, I just know that I have dealt w/ the symptoms you describe both while on various bc pills and also since I quit taking them, and that personal friends of mine on continuous bc have reported similar symptoms/side effects. Hope the situation resolves itself and if not, that you get some answers and relief soon!
Best wishes,:)Bri

I am on continuous BC (Depo Prevera) and there have been a few times that I had those big veins too. It did remind me of what my breasts looked like when I was pregnant. They also seem to be getting a little bigger lately which I can't figure out since I am losing weight, not much, but I used to always lose it in my boobs first, but maybe it just part of aging (for me, not you!....you are still young!) I haven't gone there with my questions yet.

I think it would be a good idea to call your doctor's office and ask about this.
