Prenatal vitamins

My husband and I were trying to conceive when my IC flare hit that got me my IC diagnosis.

I stopped my prenatal vitamins at the time, but we're ready to try again. I'm wondering if people have had problems with prenatal vitamins or if they have been ok.

I was taking prenatal vitamins, just because they have more good stuff in them. But then when the IC hit, they flared my bladder & I could not take any vitamin at all :( Now I am on all natural supplements & can tolerate a once daily woman's vitamin. Since I am trying to get pregnant now too, there are days that I alternate it with a prenatal. My bladder seems to be ok with that :) Good luck!!
