Pretty much the only thing I drink now is water. How much water (ounces or liters, etc.) are we supposed to take in a day?
I think in the past I have drank way too much and have given myself some frequency / urgency problems.

Most people should drink 6 to 8 cups of water a day. If you are exercising or out in the heat, I think it would be good to drink more.

Half your body weight in ounces is an easy and pretty accurate way to measure. If your exercising you need to consume more. Here's a couple links with more info:
