Did anyone see the two men that were in the video on the Today show yesterday? Of course they are 30 something years older, but I was so glad I saw them tell the story. I think you can to go the Today show website and see it, They went back again and saw him 4 years later. He had a full pride. They also showed Christian's parents (old video footage) that were in a small zoo in London. That was were Christian was born and sold a few weeks later to Harrahs which is were the 2 guys came across the cub. The parents never knew freedom, but they were so glad that Christian (which was a longshot) was able to go back into the wild and be accepted and it was even more remarkable that he had his own pride and was able to get his genetics back into the wild.

Lol Tracey , you really did get into that show !!! I understand why tho , I didnt see the show but I have seen the video on youtube ... AMAZING . I dont know what other words I could use ?? Like Kara said , you just feel loved . It ade me feel positive , like anything is possible and that we really all can be connected . Those guys were told that Christian wouldnt even know them !!! He ran right upto them and hugged and kissed them , Wow I need to go watch that video again , it makes e feel warm and fuzzy on the inside lol Also this proves that John Lennon was right " All you need is LOVE "

This Video made me appreciate my cats more than I thought possible. They are so loving and I have no doubt that they would know who my Husband and I were if we had to separate! I've been showing them extra love and attention since seeing this video.
