a lot of different types of hummus work really well for me. i especially like the garlic flavors. they are great for pita chips or veggies or really anything!! there are a lot of other garlic options, as well. you can make a quick garlic condiment by sauteing (sp?) garlic cloves in olive oil, then saving the whole thing in tupperware in your fridge. it's very flavorful, and great over pasta or salad or even bread. hope i helped!

Packaged, bottled, jarred condiments are one of my biggest diet triggers. I have learned to love some combo of olive oil, parsley, fresh lemon or lime juice, crushed garlic, cracked pepper. I will eat it w/ fries, steak, salad, just about anything.
I can also eat salsa of fresh chiles, tomatoes, cilantro, etc.,... I cannot tolerate jarred or canned salsas or other tomato products. For some reason I am ok as long as it is fresh and doesn't contain vinegar. Best wishes,Bri:)

I have discovered flaked salt and love it. I have to go easy on it, but if I use it instead of salt, it should be okay. I really like Laughing Cow lite cheese spreads. I put it on sandwiches and it adds some zest. I also allow myself real butter for making sandwiches.

I am vinegar sensitive, so condiments are a challenge. I've found that Hidden Valley Ranch has less than 2% vinegar and I can tolerate it well. So, I use it on many things like French fries and sometimes even hamburgers. Chip dip also works well for me, but I can tolerate things like sour cream and onions. Cream cheese is also a good one to experiment with if that works for you.

One of the other things I really like is honey. It's good with chicken nuggets or any type of breaded chicken. It's also good with potato chips and French fries. I know that sounds weird, but when I'm eating chicken with honey, then I dip fries or chips if I'm having them and it's yummy!

McCormick makes a salt free seasoning blend that I really like it has dried herbs, onions, garlic, and other seasonings in it. Also sometimes I can find organic salt free or grilling seasoning blends that I am okay with but be careful lots of them have no-nos in them.
