Trigger Foods....How Long?

Understanding that everyone is different, generally speaking how long does it take after you eat a particular food that causes a problem does it take for symptoms to appear?

If it is something I drink then in a matter of mins but food hours to the next day..And can linger from one day to longer..

It's really hard to say. Liquids are pretty quick --- an hour or so, but solid foods can take a day or even more.
