d and c next week

I am wondering if anyone has had a d and c while having IC and any measures, if any, to help avoid more pain and frequency?

Also, I am curious how I can contact another member aside from posting a new thread? If I read a comment someone made, how do I contact them to maybe ask another question?

What is D & C?

A D&C is: Dilatation and Curettage-a surgical procedure where they scrape the lining of the uterus. Hope this answers your question! Mary:idea:

When my mother had one, we called it a "Dusting and Cleaning". :) Not very technical but it helped her relax about it. :)
