Weight gain

In the past few weeks I've gained 7 pounds and I'm trying to figure out why. My diet hasn't changed and I'm very active, I exercise 45 minutes 6 days a week. I'm thinking it's medication related.
I'm on:
Elmiron 3 times a day
Flomax 1 time a day
Urelle 1-2 times a day
Lexapro 1 time a day

Have any of you suffered from weight gain from these medicines? If so, is there anything you can do about it? I've always been a careful eater and vigilant exerciser but I'm willing to do more if I need to.

That much weight gain in a short time could be from fluid retention in the body tissues. How much salt are you eating?

I was thinking of fluid retention to. I am on Elmiron, I haven't had any weight gain from any of my meds. I also am not a salt person, I never was. I don't even like my french fries with salt. I am the odd ball. :)
