So, I think this is where this belongs.

I've recently improved greatly with my diet, I've been able to add in a lot of foods. However, during the time where I could eat very little, I ate mostly carbs and gained a LOT of weight. Now I'm having trouble fitting into my clothes, which sometimes sets off my PFD and gets to my bladder. So, I've been thinking of trying Weight Watchers Online.

I would like to know if anyone else on the site has had success with teh program. I figure it'll be easy to modify their recipies and such, but I'd like to know if it actually works. I've heard a lot of stories of people who've had success with it thoguh...

If you want an online weight loss program, I'd do www.sparkpeople.com It's free, has great articles & information, in addition to a journal where you can log your food & exercise, plus sample menus if you want them. I looked at both weight watchers online & this one & thought this was just as good & FREE!

Actually Weight Watchers is a very good program for anyone with IC. You don't have to eat particular foods; you just have to watch and record how much.

I had very good luck with attending the meetings. Somehow it makes it easier to sit in a room full of people with the same goals as yours.

I may be starting Weightwatchers next month, My mom and I looked it over again this afternoon and it looks great. I'm also going to give myself some rewards for my weight loss; Once I'm under 200 I'm getting my ears pierced again, if I can get my BMI down to 20, my Mom is getting me a tattoo!!!
