I need advice on Botox please!

Hello,

I went to see a urologist yesterday that my uro actually referred me to, to find out more about interstim and/or botox. I do know quite a bit about the interstim but I dont think I am ready to make a big step like that. The Dr. also mentioned Botox instillations? They put it in your bladder right?? Anyways wanted to see if maybe somebody could give me some advice on maybe how successful botox is or not.

Hi Kim!!

I am patient that treat her IC and PFD with Botox, and for me is only treatment that really works

But I don´t know about Botox instilations, because Botox are injected, aprox 20 or 25 injections in trigon, detrusor and urethra, under anesthesia

I have had twice the injections, and tomorrow I´ll have them again
