Anyone using rescue instills with corticosteroids?

I was wondering if someone has a formula with lidocaine or marcaine and bicarb, and also a corticosteroid (e.g. triamcinolone=kenalog or hydrocortisone) that has helped for her/him.

My impression so far is that corticosteroids are not helping very much against the bladder inflammation or pain, but I could be wrong.

When I had my DMSO instills, solucortef was used also. It did not help me at all. I now am trying to learn how to do home instills with heparin, lidocaine, and sodium bicarb.

There are several posters that have used some form of cortisone. Maybe they will post to the thread.

I know there are posts too about using steriods because I was one of them who had asked questions. However, I can't remember where because I am all over the place.
