My daughter for the past two years has been typing to get help after her car accident which seems to have started her IC. She just recently had a MRI which showed a T-7-8- area herniation and bleed in this area and the private orthopetic surgeon we just saw wants to do a diagnostic Flacet Block to see what's going on. then maybe a Rhizotony. None of her kaiser doctors do much but major pain pills, no nerve blocks. So my question is if she is a candiadate for the "Interstim" pacemaker if she has this procedure.

Your daughter is going through so much. I pray that she receives the best treatment.

That would certainly be a question for your doctor. The interstim isn't used to treat pain, but I have read about another type of surgerical implant.
