When to take Elavil

For people taking 50 mg's of elavil do you take it all at once at night time or one at night and one in the morning?

I find it really makes me sleepy so i take mine at night(i am up to 75mgs now)
But yeah whenever i have tried it in the afternoon or something it just makes me want to nap....so i recommend taking it at night...

I take my 25mg dose in the early evening, between 6:30 and 7:00. It really does not make me sleepy but then I have been taking it for several years.
