I'm scheduled for my first physical therapy appointment next Monday. I was told I'd be getting a "partial block" so that the agressive therapy wouldn't hurt me as much.
Has anyone had this done? What is a "partial block?" I'm about 50% curious and 50% nervous, so any advice is greatly appreciated!

I am assuming the PT and blocks are for your IC only. What kind of blocks are they doing? Pain clinics have lots of different types of pain blocks they can do from epidurals to nerve blocks.
Many times they do like to do the nerve blocks before PT at least in my cases that is how they have done them.
I hope all goes well.

The PT is to help with my PFD, which my doc says will help some of the pain I'm feeling from IC and Endo, too.
I don't know what kind of block they are doing. All I know is that he told me they would "do one on both sides." It's kind of confusing for me.
What have the blocks you've done been like? What did they do, and did it help?
Thanks,
Meg
