How can I change my avitar to get my picture up here

I would like to have my picture on here as my avitar instead of this flower. Do any of you know how I can do this? My picture can already be viewed on the patient story board.

I might be wrong but I think you have to be a moderator of the boards and Jill does it.
Anyone correct me if I'm wrong.
