I went on holidays to Cuba for 2 weeks I was a bit afraid to go cause of IC. For those of you who gave suggestion for the flight a major concern for me, it went well., I was seated right by the toilet. There were lots of nice clean bathrooms all over Cuba and no one or place seemed to mind if I asked to use one. A few places had attendants, but so what I gladdly give a few pasos to releive myself.
My IC was doing pretty good before I left after trying new drugs and following diet strickly. For the most part the frequency and urgency was not to bad. I had more problems with PFD, really sore after walks, bus ride, flights etc. but this was a good thing it made my husband realize I have a problem. He kept asking me why I couldn't keep up, I always walk faster than him.
We both got sick with lung infections on our wat there so that was not so good, but I got good treatment there.
