My family doc wants me to begin Tofranil tonight. She has started me on 10mgs for now. She thinks it'll help with my bladder & fibro. Hopefully it'll be better for me than the Pamelor ended up being & I'll tolerate it more since I could not do the Elavil at all. Wish me luck & I'll let y'all know how it goes :pray: I always hate these meds...they scare me, cause I'm so sensitive to stuff. Gotta give it a fair chance though if it could help.

I am on 75 mg.. although I don't think 75 does anymore for me than 50 did.. but anyway.. good luck.. the main side effects went away after the first week or two on it.. all I have now are very vivid dreams lol.. sometimes I have to ask my hubby if it was real or not.. so strange..

Actually hun, I had a really bad reaction to this med the first night I took it...I am usually allergic to things like this, so it's not a shocker. It was scary, but it's out of my system now. My bladder is acting up, but I guess I'll have to deal for now. Thanks for the support though!!
