bladder repair

I am having a repair with my bowel, it looks like the prognocess for it isn't good--then why do the docs want to do it? Has anyone had a good responce to it? I sure don't want to go thru all this and then have pain once again! it's bad enough now without going thru all it and then pain once again. And how soon did the pain come back?thanks for the info. Sandie

Do you know what the procedure is called? There are many, many different kinds of bowel surgeries.

Sandie, is he replacing the entire bladder wtih bowel or only a part of it? I think it is really important for you to speak with some of his other patients who have had the same procedure for IC aand see how they fared. Judith
