I have always been one to take my vitamins as I know there are days I just don't have the time to eat properly. Now I absolutely know I cannot get all my vitamins the way I have been forced to eat with the IC. Is there any safe multi vitamins out there that are safe to take? What do you all do? I really need to take something and hope that I can. Thanks!

Hi, I can't take any multivitamins. I can take calcium and I do B 12 shots monthly because my B12 was low, other then that, I get my nutrients from food. The calcium with magnesium is supposed to be better so you don't get constipated and I am ordering that one to try. Some can take a flinstone childrens vitamin I think and I am sure others will chime in and give you some ideas. :) Lisa

Also the ICN shop has some vitamins also. You can check them out to. Hope this helps. :)

I have tried children's chewable vitamins. The ones I tried had too much Vitamin C for me in them. If you decide to go this route, check for the Vit C levels.

I have done children's chewable with extra calcium in them. I tend to take them with extra calicum even though they are high. They are usually lower in B-s but I agree look at the B levels and C and get high calcium. I heard someone say there are some for women of age that were high in magnesium, calcium, things that help with the things that are hard to tollerate that were tollerable to some too so when shopping look at kids and womens. I tollerated flinstones just fine but I never been bothered by dyes that I could tell and always took calcium with it.
