I have been reading a lot of information about honey and cinnamon treating and helping many symptoms of many diseases, including bladder infection. I have not been able to find anything about IC though. Has anyone else tried this, or heard of any success?

I've never heard of them used for treating anything, but cinnamon is not a problem for me; honey doesn't bother my IC, but I can't have it because it's pure sugar and I'm diabetic.

I would think honey would have a chance if tollerated since it is like some others helpful in encouraging healing and other herbs that do that have been helpful for IC patients. That said it is supposed to be acidic so can you tollerate it for that purpose?
Cinnomon can releave spasms...for that reason it could help that aspect of IC. I read that it also helps to control bleeding so those with very severe bleeding ulcers in their bladder may be able to have a bennefit from that. I've considered cinnomon for other things but not IC before and honey is quite popular as addition to manny herbal blends.

Cinnamon is high in manganese and fiber it also has iron and calcium.
It is highly use as an anti-inflammatory.It is anti-microbial and is often used to help combat Candida this is especially useful in its essential oil form. There are numerous studies showing its effects of stablizing blood sugar levels for diabetes.

In Ayurveda, cinnamon is considered a pungent, sweet, astringent herb which acts primarily on the blood, marrow and nerves. Ayurveda practitioners use cinnamon to increase Vata, improve circulation and strengthen a weakened constitution. In Ayurveda, cinnamon is the basis for the Three Aromatics, an extremely important Ayurvedic formula. Along with bay and cardamom--the other herbs in the Three Aromatics--cinnamon promotes digestion and increases absorption of other medicines.

In traditional Chinese medicine cinnamon is regarded as a hot energy that can treat nearly any cold condition. Cinnamon is considered a yang tonic and is believed to tone the kidneys, spleen and bladder. Chinese herbalists frequently prescribe cinnamon to those weak in energy and find it especially appropriate for the elderly. Additionally, cinnamon is recommended for women with irregular or painful menstrual cycles.

OH just a quick note I eat the Cinnamon with no problem all the time but I don't use honey because of yeast. This is common with IC so I would check for candida before using honey. Not just vaginal but systemic yeast.
