Dear Julie:

I read in the other thread that you're having your surgery Friday. I want to wish you the greatest luck, speedy recovery and let you know I'll be thinking of you during this tough time. IC decisions are so tough. They're much harder than anyone should be asked to make in a lifetime. My most positive thoughts will be and are being sent your way.

The angel in the middle is you!

Thank you to all of you for your prayers and support. It makes it easier to know people are actually thinking about you! My surgery is at the University of Minnesota, which is a teaching hospital, so I am comfortable with that. I am getting a cystectomy with an Indiana Pouch. I will have a stoma which I will cath the pouch through. It is a long recovery, but hopefully will get rid of my symptoms including my pain. Thanks again. I know I can always count on these boards for unconditional support! Take care of yourselves, everyone!!

Hey Julie! You will be in my thoughts on Friday. I wish you an easy time of it. Please don't hesitate to write me with any questions you have before the surgery or when you get home. Just think you will be nice and warm while you are in there instead of freezing outside, hehe. Judith <img src="graemlins/bunny.gif" border="0" alt="[bunny]" />
