leaking

For those of you who have a pouch, here is a question. I have been able to go 3 hours between cathing quite often, then all of a sudden I will leak after only 2 or so. Only it isn't just a little leak. sometimes it pours out! I called my dr. today and he prescribed Ditropan. He said it not only works for bladder spasms, but also for pouches. He's wondering if the pouch is spasming because it can't hold much yet. Has anyone ever gone on this stuff? Did it help? Thanks.

I take ditropan for the same reason. It works really well. I take it once a day usually at night.

Thanks for the advise. I went on Ditropan yesterday, so we'll see. (Today, however, I started leaking all over on my way into Walmart. Luckily the bathrooms are at the front of the store!)I just hope this works and it's not the valve.
