Has anyone tried Angela Kilmartin's e-books and her sensationalism about treatment and causes of cystitis? I suppose there are many of us who are desperate to find a solution.

She may have some good tips about avoiding infection, but promising to cure interstitial cystitis with nothing but testimonials about cures as proof is, at best, questionable.

I have been working on the diet part for over a year and know quite a few of the triggers.

At times I do not have a clue as to what triggers the onset of pain and I just wait it out.

I read your story and also many others, have concluded it is something I must learn to live with.

Is intercourse always going to bring on the most painful part of IC?
