The Good and Bad with this

I haven't had my bladder and urethra out but sometimes I feel like pulling it out with my own two hands. I've read both good and bad reports on having the surgery done. Some people do well. Some continue with bladder pain, some have infections etc. I guess having the bladder out is somewhat of a last resort because one never knows what the results will be.
