Hi everyone,
Just to update you with my progress. I'm now down to 10mg a day, from 20mg, and this is still going fine. Haven't had any pain for ages. I've had the odd 1/2 a day when I think I need to go to the toilet more than usual but it hasn't amounted to anything. I'm still taking all the usual herbal stuff as well as aloe vera.
Is anyone else trying to come off their meds? My GP seems very pleased with my progress.
