Talked on radio about IC Diet today

Hey out there,

I'm just a lowly radio traffic reporter in SLC, but two of my stations have good ratings and one of them let me talk about the IC diet today! It was part of their "Big Beef Wednesday" segment (for people with COMPLAINTS), and I completely took advantage of it.

I took it as far as I could - too far, even. But I bet a few people might have googled our gawdforsaken disease and learned something. I hate how little awareness there is of Interstitial Cystitis. I had NEVER heard of it, and got it from a first-time UTI.

Thanks for sharing this with us and providing more IC awareness! It would be awesome if there were people listening to the segment who thought, "Hey, those foods cause pain for me too" and looked up IC and finally got some answers to their undiagnosed pain. : )
