Who out there gets worse before their period and then feels good the day they get their period ? This is me and I am wondering who out has similiar symptoms . Sometimes I flare super bad and then 2 days before my period suddenly the bladder improves . The severity of the flares varies from month to month

That'd be me. Your hormones, both progesterone and estrogen drop to their lowest point during menstruation. Makes me wonder if menopause might bring a relief to us? I'm so scared, because most people talk about how much worse it makes them (I'm about 15 years from menopause if I take my mother's history).
