Not sure how it happened, but I haven't had a bad flare since Christmas. I'm hoping it's maybe the Elmiron - but can't confirm that. I've had some twinges here and there, but nothing that even requires painkillers. I'm still being careful of what I eat and drink, but have even snuck a soda here and there with no pain! Here's hoping it continues....:pray::pray::pray::pray:

Congratulations. I am very happy for you. I am pregnant and also in remission, I think. How can you ever be sure?? I am still careful of what I drink, but I have been eating things I never thought possible. In moderation of course. I did have a flare last week that lasted about a day, I lost my mind and thought it would be a great idea to eat a pickle. I have been craving them since I got pregnant and I finally broke down and ate one. Not a good idea!! However, it was very mild pain. Just enough for me to know I didn't want to try it again. It was scary, a little. I hadn't flared in so long, I forgot what it felt like. It scares me to think that eventually I will probably have to go back to that pain. Be thankful for every pain free day, you don't know how long they will last.
