This past week I have spent a lot of time looking at some different websites trying to learn more about healthy eating.
I guess a better way to state this is that I am trying to learn more. I know quite a bit already but I am always open to try new things.
In my quest for information I have found a lot of different eating styles. Some of it is very extreme in my opinion.
I know we need plenty of fruits and vegtables in our diet, to that means I have a juicer coming as another way to add variety and get more of them.
I want to know what a healthy diet means to you, what you are doing, if there is just an awesome website let me know. You may have to send that to me in PM because I don't want any website that has advertising in this thread.
I know we all struggle with our IC diet limitations but I know after 33 years of IC that you can live with a good diet and IC.
If you eat vegetarian or organic give me some tips on that. I will probably try to combine several things.
Do any of you grow sprouts to add to salads etc.? I would like to learn how to do that. I am not going to all raw vegtables, I just don't want to but I can certainly incorporate some of that eating style into a healthy eating plan.
Please I would love to hear how you eat!:)
