Coral Calcuim or Prelief?

I have tried Prelief and use it still I do not diss it but for health reasons my body seems to have changed and has difficulty absorbing calcium. I take Coral Calcuim supremem supplements because it has things to help my body absorb calcium. I found it helped my acid reflux as well.
