Does Prelief and Coffee Tamer work the same way? I have tried Prelief and it has helped some, but I only take 2 tablets before meals, etc. Perhaps I should take 3-4 tablets and I might get better results. But I have come upon Coffee Tamer and wondered if it is better then Prelief. Does anyone have experience with this product?
Thanks,

I prefer Prelief, but that's just me. I do stick closely to my IC diet, but if we go out to dinner, I always take Prelief with me to take before we eat. And Prelief helps me to have that one cup of coffee a day that I can tolerate.

Dear drifter:

We recommend taking (at least) 2 tablets with meals and snacks. You can try taking 3 or even 4 tablets, especially if the meal is very acidic. Prelief is simply a form of calcium (calcium glycerophosphate); each tablet contains 65 mg of elemental calcium. The tablets also contain 0.025% magnesium stearate as a processing aid. You might want to check the ingredients in Tamer compared to Prelief.

If I can answer any additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at prbetty@akpharma.com or 1-800-994-4711.
