Ok. Remember at the beginning of the year when I was so excited about getting some snow?:loco:

Well, Im done, tired, and fed up. :cussing: Its been abnormally snowy and cold this year. I work in dispatch for a trucking company that delivers to all of our neighbor states. I just cant take it anymore! My drivers cant take it anymore. I miss the sun!

I was driving home last night. I live 30 miles from work, and work nights. There is never anyone around me at 2am. So, anywho, this bright light starts shining thru my back window and Im looking around and I cant figure out what it is. I look up. The moon had come out from behind the clouds. Been so long since Id seen it, it surprised me.

So, lets say a prayer. Lets pray for warmth and sun for the midwest!

I agree with you. I am so tired of the cold I think they said 35 below tonight. I can't remember seeing so much snow. It can all go away!!

The great thing about Winter is that it does go away. Spring is on the way. I have Daffodils blooming in my back yard. :flower:

I'm with the rest of you. Enough already!!! :cussing: I appreciate your optimism, Sharon. Spring WILL come, but wish we could hurry it up a bit! Glad to hear your dafs are up. That gives the rest of us farther north some hope. Mine haven't begun to emerge yet. We've had about 3+ inches of snow today and it's still coming down. Please, please,please....hurry up spring!

It is too sunny out here in AZ. Pray the summer (and the 117+ degree heat) stays away!! Hubby and I actually drove 2 hours North last weekend to the mountains just to take our puppy to see snow for her first time. I realized on the way there that I hadn’t seen snow for more than 5 years prior to that…and it will probably be another 5 before I see it again. So…..send some of that snow our way…..we need it!! :hi:

We haven't had any "real Winter" here yet, still waiting for a good ice storm or snow!! (but since sometimes this happens in late Feb. or early March we will just have to wait till then). Other than just waiting-and who knows we might be waiting for nothing! its been cool in the mornings and pretty nice in the afternoons/early evenings when i get off work. Love it here, but I really don't want summer to hit too soon as its usually hotter than blazes.

We've had crazy weather. One day it's a low of 20 and a high of 40 if we're lucky then like today it's windy and a high of 65!! My plants outside don't know what to do and I'm worried about my rose bush. It's flipping out because it doesn't know if it's spring or winter! I'm sorry you've had such a horrid winter. I lived in MN for 13 months and had all the REAL winter I ever want to see! Sending you a  for an early spring!

It was snowing as I started this post. And its snowing again today right now. I missed work last night. I have a cold. Yesterday it was in my ears and I was a little woozy. Im going to try to go in tonight. My cold moved from my ears and sinuses to my sinuses and chest. Still really tired, but not dizzy. I have to leave early cause of the snow. Just south of us they are supposed to get ice. I should be happy we are getting snow and not ice.

I'm with you guys! I am tired of cold, snow, ice storms etc. Ugh! It's a balmy 20* here today, but that's not counting wind-chill factor.....*grumble grumble*

There was a chance that we could get freezing rain last night and into today, but it stayed up in the northern part of this area. We didn't even get a drop of regular rain. We were very fortunate.

Even so, I am so tired of being cold. I used to love cold weather but not any longer. I also used to complain about the heat and humidity here, but not any longer. I am so very ready to be warm, again.

I am glad you got a picture of the eclipse. It was too cloudy here. But I am down here with Sharon watching my Dafs and Hibiscus popping their noses up and the trees are starting to bud. I will be sure to take pictures when the bulbs finally bloom! I promise we will do our best to wish your cold weather away. I loved snow and ice as a kid, but my bladder hates the cold! I really don't have anything to complain about looking at the picture of the snow and the snowplow.
