i've never heard of this stuff before. does it work? how does it work? what kinds of symptoms does it help? i'm willing to try anything smile.gif

Prelief is not a medication and will not effect your IC. However, it can indirectly help your IC by neutralizing the acid in food you ingest. I can even have my morning cup of coffee with prelief --- and I couldn't touch it before. Lots of ICers take some Prelief tablets before every meal; I only take it when I want something I know has acid content.
