Thanks guys and thanks for posting for me Leslie since I didn't get home until late last night. My parents took that one, you should have seen the ones I tried to take myself with the camera phone. Some very crooked dolphins.

Just wanted to clarify a few things...yes, it is real. It did hurt, and while it isn't red, it did bleed initially. Leslie has a self portrait from the first night and my Mom was a witness to the wholel experience since at 58 she got her second set in less than a year. One dolphin represents me, the other Lindsey(that's why we are facing each other)and the shamrock represents our Irish heritage(very Irish). Also, dolphins are very understanding of special needs kids.

Very cool! I love the meaning. I waited to get "inked" until it would have a meaning too. I have a crescent moon with 2 stars on my shoulder b/c I love my Hayley more then the moon and the stars and I got it when she was 2 (2 stars). Then I have a sea turtle on my ankle I got a 1 1/2 years ago and I made the artist make sure there were exactly 8 spaces on the turtles top shell b/c it was August, it was me and husbands 8th anniversary, Hayley my daughter was 8 and grandma GiGi (that's g g for great grandma, we took care of her until passed and that's my board name) was 98. So I think its great to get something with a wonderful meaning behind it.
