Does anyone have any ideas why some doctors think instills are the best way to treat IC and why other doctors think there is no use in using instills?

different doctors have different theories, which would determine the form of treatment.

My urogynecologist is an IC expert and he thinks instills are the lest invasive and most effective way of treating IC. According to his report 85% are able to control IC symptoms with instills and oral medication if needed.
