I have been an IC sufferer for 3 years now. I was doing very well and decided for New Year's I would start taking a multivitamin and drinking DanActive as I heard it's supposed to work very well for IBS, which I also have. Well, little did I know that multivitamins are a no no if you have IC b/c of the "C" contained in it which changes the ph level of your urine thereby causing good ole IC flareups. What I'm not sure about is whether or not hte DanActive had anything to do with my recent flareup. Anyone out there in IC land every try DanActive? If so, tell me how it has affected you. Thanks all!
P.S.: This is my first post and I can't tell you how nice it is to have this ability to talk to everyone who has my same problem.
