Hi! <img src="graemlins/hi.gif" border="0" alt="[hi]" />

Does anyone find that eating something offensive doesn't affect you until a day or two later? I ate a lot of sugary candy yesterday morning and woke up in a little bit of a flare last night. I drank tons of water so I am feeling better now. I know a lot seem to feel the symptoms right away but anyone else seem to take a day to notice that you ate a no no?

Thanks!

YES! I usually don't feel bad until the next day - it's always been that way for me.

Me too!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I usally don't feel the symptons until later that night, depending on what time I ate, or the next day!!! What are some things that bother you to most??? I love sweets and it is hard to avoid them altogether!!! Anyone have any suggestions???

Sometimes I don't feel the symptoms until two days later...which makes it hard to tell which food caused it.
