solved the problem..woo hoo!!

I found that the cymbalta will not mix with the vicoden in my stomach. This morning instead of taking the viciden I decided to take the darvacet thinking that would give my stomach a break. A few hours later the shaking started again (nerves) so I took the chance on taking another cymbalta. Had a little bit extra stomach pain with feeling sick for a few hours but I just snacked on pretzels and that seemed to help. By afternoon all was fine. :woohoo: My stomach is still a little sore but I'm not in doubled over stomach pain trying to pretend all is fine. Think I will stick with the 30 mgs too. OH! Plus I have noticed that the bladder pain all over aching feeling is not that bad too. :woohoo: Normally without the viciden I would be in a lot of pain bladder and body wise but I"m not. It used to take the viciden and the tens just to keep the bladder pain some what acceptable. I read on the info paper that cymbalta can be used for nerve damage too. I could just kick myself for not trying it before. go ahead one of you kick me............:bonk: Oww, owww, owww, owww, owwww

If you want to or need to take the vicodin with the cymbalta you might try taking it with a piece of toast or glass of milk, or whatever breakfast you usually eat. I have found that I get nauseated if I don't eat and take my medications. Just a thought...

mary, I so hope it the cymbalta helps you. I know it helped me alot in the beginning. I quit it because wanted to cut down on the meds I was taking. But it did help get me through a very rough time.
