Is this a major flare trigger? I had my husband buy me some string cheese for snacks. I didn't even think to look at the ingredients till after I ate one. It has vinegar in it

I eat string cheese. The mozzerella kind without any problems. I recently bought the stuff that helps with digestion and I love it! Normally I don't like cheese at all. At Thanksgiving, my mom makes pepper cabbage with is green peppers and cabbage marinated in vineger. I only ate a few bites of it and I did have a little issue with freq. but I drank a lot of water, because I didn't want to go without eating one of my favorite things at Thanksgiving, but it could have be a result of many things that I eat over the holidays.

That makes me feel better. I have already drank a 25oz bottle of water and have started drinking another one. I don't think I could handle a bad flare right now because I have 2 sick kids :bonk:

I'm still  that it doesn't bother me. Would I be feeling it by now? I ate it around 3pm and it's 7pm now. I think I've drank about 50oz of water too :toilet:

I feel it within a few hours, so it looks like you could be in the clear..

Sounds like you'd be okay. Vinegar is a biggie for me, and it gets me in only 10 minutes (All of my other triggers except for MSG take 2 hours to get me)

I think I'm ok with the string cheese, but I won't be eating more than one a day, just in case!
