Is yogurt acidic? Will taking Prelief with it make it OK to eat?

I eat yogurt and have no problems with it. I don't eat it all the time. I guess it is trial and error what will flare us. Hang in there. Deb <img src="graemlins/cussing.gif" border="0" alt="[cussing]" />

I have thought the same thing...I eat a lot of lime and lemon yogurt. To be on the safe side, I take Prerelief with it, but there were times when I didn't and I was fine! Just experiment a little and see what works for you.
