MRI dye's

I need to have a MRI done and I was curious if the dye's would cause a flare-up or if anyone else has had any troubles with them before. I just want to know what to expect.

I haven't had an MRI.....i have had an angiogram and the dye they used, it did cause a flare up.....
The dye is expelled from the kidneys so thats why i flared...
I don't know if its the same type of dye though.....
i just looked it up and it said they can use the same dyes---->

so i will let you look it up and see but if it goes through the kidneys it may make you flare like it did me.....
but it wasn't a real bad one just drink lots of water and have your 'rescue' meds and you will be fine....just gotta get it out of the body....:toilet:
