Does anyone know of a really nice cruise to the Bahamas or somewhere beautiful? I live in NY but i would travel to FLA or wherever to get aboard. I just want to make sure its a nice cruise bc Ive only been on one before and it wasnt the best experience. It was too small of a boat (not extremely small but small on the grand scheme of ships) and it made me very sea sick. I havent been away in God knows how long and I need a vaca. Cruises seem the best way to go when it comes to the money situation. Any response would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks guys!

I've been to the Virgin Island's and to Jamaica. So ANY caribbean cruise is nice to get away to.
I have always heard Bahama cruise's are the easiest and best way to go if you want a cheap cruise.
I have always used Royal Caribbean for cruise's only because I went on a small ship for my first cruise. It was to Mexico and it was awful!! So I swore I'd give cruising a chance and have loved it after finding a huge cruiseline.
Let us know what you decide. I love hearing vacation stories!!:)

I enjoyed a cruise to Bermuda on Norwegian. It was really relaxing and Bermuda was a lot of fun, gorgeous pink beaches!
I've done the bahamas too, and Canada on a cruise, and I like Bermuda more than the Bahamas. I really enjoye Canada, but thats not exactly the caribbean!

We left out of Port Canveral last year on the Canival Glory and had so much fun and such a great experience we leave in 23 days again on the same ship to Nassau, St Thomas, & St Martin. They are totally with it on this ship. Accomodated my IC diet in advance. This time of year is beatiful, the weather is mid 80's no hurricanes. We had easy boarding in Canveral took about 20 minutes total from drop off to Lido deck. I will be happy to answer any other questions. Here is a link to a small portion of my photo's LOL. I just got tired of loading them

Hi! a cruise sounds marvelous :)........ I have a traveling question. :help:My dh and I are flying to Canada in a few weeks. I'm looking forward to it, but am apprehensive about it because I never never go anywhere where I do not know where the bathrooms are. Soo......I'm thinking okay....lots of airports, plane changes, airplane potties, etc. etc. and I am wondering if anyone has any good advice about traveling that would help. Thanks !!

Yup, Port Canaveral has Disney, Carnival, and Royal Carribean to the Bahamas. There are also alot of good deals to Walt Disney World in Orlando too. They are very IC ok.
Hugs,

Ashley, just make sure you use a good cruise line and it's one of the bigger ships. Less seasickness and more to do!
I have cruised out of Miami and Galveston and both cruises had Bahamas as a port. Nassau was my favorite. Are excursion was to go snorkeling. Just to watch all the massive yachts along the way to where we were going to snorkel was awesome.
Hubby and I were going to go on a cruise this summer for our 25th, but I think we are going to wait until 09 and go on the next K-love cruise. I told hubby as long as I am on a beach for our 25th, I will be happy. My SIL teased me that I should have made the beach destination more specific, because I may find myself on a beach at a local lake! Which down south isn't always that nice!
Just enjoy yourself!
